IGP Aceituna Manzanilla y Gordal de Sevilla

Después de años de trabajo, se ha puesto en marcha el Consejo Regulador de las IGP Manzanilla y Gordal de Sevilla, dos variedades tradicionales que merecen ser reconocidas por su calidad y por su historia. Desde el inicio, las cooperativas Las Virtudes y San José (ahora Oleand) ha tenido un papel protagonista en el proceso. Estas IGP son una propuesta de vinculación territorial y de compromiso social que protege las variedades locales y pretende reactivar el conocimiento social sobre los beneficios y particularidades de las mismas.
